The whole team of New Move are such a friendly professional unit that honestly do go above and beyond the extra mile in helping you. They weren’t even our estate agents , as we buying the property and the sellers were using them. We invited several estate agents before instructing New Move. We chose New Move for their realistic market appraisal and NOT making promises of “the biggest mailing list”. It only takes one person to buy. We were pleased with the marketing and calls were always answered. We also knew when prospective buyers were shown the property they were shown by Lee who was familiar with the property. Good recommendation for a solicitor for the conveyancing (thank you). My experience with New Move (NM)was nothing short of exceptional. As a first timer buyer I was completely new to the process and found NM to be very open, supportive and took me through each step of the process- they listened and considered my concerns and responded to my questions and it didn’t feel like a sale and at no point did I feel pressured which I have heard can sometimes occurs. They were very professional, friendly and demonstrated that they cared from the Director to all I dealt with which I thought was unique and showed that they are truly invested in all their clients. I found them to be super responsive! I had a very unique situation where I had to changeSolicitors 2 times and NM were not only understanding but really proactive and supportive in assisting me with the situation and being and excellent go between with the vendor provide assurance that the situation was being handled. I particularly liked and looked forward to the EA’s courtesy call each Wednesday to provide me with updates or check on how things were progressing: this was much appreciated as I would discuss concerns or when waiting on paperwork brought the process further to life. I felt very comfortable and trusted New Move throughout the process. It didn’t feel like a sale as mentioned earlier which speaks volume. I will always be incredibly grateful for all the extraordinary support provided to me and last but not least the surprise champagne and hamper that i received when I picked up the keys which was super kind.
