We invited several estate agents before instructing New Move. We chose New Move for their realistic market appraisal and NOT making promises of “the biggest mailing list”. It only takes one person to buy. We were pleased with the marketing and calls were always answered. We also knew when prospective buyers were shown the property they were shown by Lee who was familiar with the property. Good recommendation for a solicitor for the conveyancing (thank you). The whole team of New Move are such a friendly professional unit that honestly do go above and beyond the extra mile in helping you. They weren’t even our estate agents , as we buying the property and the sellers were using them.
